Working from his studio in Leeds, David Watkinson has spent thirty years creating kinetic and static sculptures that explore the relationship between natural form, physics and movement. His work is held in private collections across the United Kingdom and has been exhibited at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and RHS Harlow Carr in Harrogate.

Delicately balanced on precision bearings, David's kinetic sculptures respond to the lightest air currents, large organic forms that tip, rotate and carve paths through space before returning to balance. Each piece is an ever-changing interplay of movement and light.
