My Work is all made using stoneware crank and stoneware buff clays. The work is al buscuit fired, glazed then fired up to stoneware temperatures (1290°C)
Once clay has been fired to this temperature it is no longer porous, and if water can't get in, it can't frost shatter.
All my work is suitable for all year round outdoor display. The bases for the sculptures are made from old recycled railway sleepers, these are readily avaiable coutrywide and enable people to create simple and beautiful plinths on which to display the pieces.
All my ceramic work is available to be cast in bronze as part of a strictly limited edition.
